New Mere Grange deal announced
Langtree has announced a further deal for its prestigious self-contained offices at Mere Grange in St.Helens.
Local occupier Keller Geotechnique has taken a 2,374 sq ft ground floor office on a 5-year lease. The company is a leading specialist in the restricted access piling and ground engineering market, and has developed from its inception to a multi-million pound firm in ten years, and in 2007 became part of the Keller Group.
The first phase of Mere Grange, in a joint venture with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), is a 34,000 sq ft office development comprising of 10 high quality speculative buildings as either detached or semi detached self-contained offices from 2,500 to 10,100 sq ft with on site car parking.
Deputy Managing Director of Keller Geotechnique, Philip Ball said: “Following the recent restructuring of our business we felt we had outgrown our existing business centre premises in St.Helens but wanted to remain in the town, so Mere Grange was the ideal choice for us.”

Future development totalling 300,000 sq ft will be brought forward in phases on either a speculative or bespoke basis to further satisfy the market’s needs, ensuring that Mere Grange is set to become St.Helens and one of the North West’s premier business parks.
Mere Grange is located in a prime position off the A570 St.Helens Linkway, a prominent main road linking to Junction 7 of the M62 motorway.
