St.Helens leads Rural Economy study

Rural businesses in Merseyside are being encouraged to have their say as part of the development of the Merseyside Rural Economy Action Plan (REAP).

Focus groups are being held across Merseyside later this month and views can also be contributed online at www. merseyreap.co.uk

Research specialists Rural Innovation are carrying out the study, which has been commissioned by four local authorities – St Helens, Sefton, Wirral and Halton – with The Mersey Partnership, the Mersey Forest and the NWDA.
