£12m Business Park secures first client
A leading UK construction firm is to relocate from Manchester to a prestigious new £12m business park in St.Helens.
Miller Construction (UK) Ltd has become the first firm to lease offices at Langtree’s Mere Grange development.
Frank Joyce, area director of Miller, said: “The decision to relocate from Manchester to St.Helens was made easier by both Mere Grange’s excellent location which allows access to the North West motorway links and also the high quality of the offices and the surrounding landscaping.”
